This plan is an optional support plan provided by Japanese staff for customers who have purchasedthe MISELL license plan .
Please log in with the account you used to purchase the license and apply.
Subscription Notice <Please read carefully in advance>
- Please note that once you sign a contract, you cannot cancel it for the first six months.
- You can cancel from the 7th month onwards. However, please note that after cancellation, you will be charged for theme support.
- After 12 months of subscription, you will receive permanent theme support just like the regular version.
- After your subscription ends in 12 months, you will not be billed for any support.
- Please see our cancellation policy for information on cancelling your subscription.
Theme Support Information
- We will usually respond to your inquiry within 3 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time to resolve your issue.
Theme Support Notice
Please be aware of the following points regarding theme support.
- We cannot answer any questions regarding theme codes.
- MISELL themes that have had their code modified in a unique way are not eligible for theme support.
- Please note that we do not provide support via telephone or video calls.
- Problems caused by apps, etc. are not covered by theme support.
Please contact the support of the vendor of each app. - We are unable to provide advice regarding store construction. Please apply for a construction project (fees apply).
